This Site serves as a professional portfolio and booking platform for makeup artistry services provided by LushByNaz. Services are marketed internationally, primarily targeting clients within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and India. By submitting inquiries through our booking interface, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent.
1.2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, LushByNaz owns all intellectual property rights for all material published on this Site, including but not limited to the brand logo (/lush-by-naz-logo.png), code architecture, layout designs, and the proprietary images and high-definition video assets showcased across the static banners, ServiceScroll, and infinite‑scroll Portfolio marquee sections.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view the Site content for personal, non-commercial inspiration.
You must not copy, republish, reproduce, duplicate, sell, or rent any media file (/p*.webp, /m*.webm, etc.) or layout design from this Site without explicit, written prior authorization from LushByNaz.
1.3. User Disclaimers & Promotional Content
The client testimonials presented via our Testimonials carousel reflect real experiences and opinions of individuals who have utilized our makeup artistry services. However, results are highly individual and depend on custom styling preferences, lighting, skin types, and event environments. LushByNaz does not guarantee identical visual outcomes for every client.
1.4. External Linking Policy
Our Site contains links to external platforms, notably third-party social media integrations (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp APIs embedded in our SocialCTA). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge that LushByNaz is not liable for any damages or losses caused by your reliance on external tools or links.
1.5. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
The Site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LushByNaz does not guarantee that the smooth-scroll mechanisms, portfolio feeds, or form submission APIs will be completely uninterrupted, secure, or free from operational bugs. Section 2: Makeup Artistry & Booking Terms
The following terms govern all professional makeup artistry, hair styling, draping, and related services provided by LushByNaz.
2.1. Booking & Advance Payment
- Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
- The advance amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Dates will be blocked only after confirmation.
2.2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- In case of cancellation, the advance amount will not be refunded.
- Rescheduling is possible only based on date availability.
2.3. Final Payment Terms
- Full payment should be completed on or before the event day.
- Payments once made are non-refundable after the service is completed.
2.4. Timing & Delays
- Clients must be ready on time to avoid delays.
- Any delay from the client side may affect the final look or finishing time.
- Early morning or late-night bookings may include additional charges.
2.5. Travel & Venue Arrangements
- Travel charges may apply depending on the location.
- Parking, toll, or accommodation (if required) should be arranged and covered by the client.
2.6. Trial Makeup
- Trial makeup is chargeable unless explicitly mentioned in the package.
- Trial dates should be booked in advance based on availability.
2.7. Client Skin Preparation
- Clients are requested to inform the artist about any skin allergies or sensitivities before the appointment.
- Clean and moisturized skin is preferred before makeup to ensure optimal longevity and finishing.
2.8. Guest & Additional Makeup
- Additional guest makeup should be informed and confirmed beforehand.
- Extra people added on the event day will be subject to availability.
2.9. Touch-Up & Stay Services
- Touch-up or stay-back services will be charged separately unless explicitly included in the package.
2.10. Hygiene & Sanitization
- All products and brushes are sanitized before use to maintain strict professional hygiene standards.
2.11. Photography & Social Media
- Pictures and videos taken during the service may be used for portfolio and social media unless the client requests privacy beforehand.
